I’m trying to grow my online business, raise two young kids, do laundry, keep the house clean, grocery shop,…blah blah blah…we’re ALL just trying to stay above water these days. I’ve realized though the “to-do” list can wait another day and I need to put myself first, if even for a half an hour each day.
